How Do Virtual Yoga and Pilates Classes Work?
They work quite well, actually—if total body fitness is what you’re after! Using Skype and other video chat interfaces, you and Patrice do safe spine-based yoga, pilates and mat work together. She guides you through all the alignment protocols and even charts your progress through imagery analysis—you have access to the same benefits and training as do our in-person clients.
