Patrice Abood’s mentor and friend, Rebecca Leone, is affectionately known as the “Pilates Nun”—and for good reason. This classically trained international educator is a decades-long Pilates veteran and trusted source. Rebecca runs Safe Spine Teaching Academy™—the world’s first and only comprehensive Pilates education coursework that’s scientifically-sourced, vetted, and proven to “establish a uniform spine-sparing, problem-solving, client-progressing, professional technical teaching standard.”

But what’s most important is Rebecca’s mission: “To finish [Joseph Pilates’] mission; to make sure anyone anywhere has access to and understands his method.”
